The movie was a cute, odd, rather predictable adventure. The concept and animation were really well done. The wee Faerie character of Marcel (definite Syb type) was well acted, and it was a rather good representation of how that whole thing would have gone on in real life.

But really, that was all that was there. A well produced, cute, funny story about a faerie type creature.

I do not regret watching it and recommend that you do too, but I am also not a repeat viewer. It was a really good one-time ride.

This movie was EWOKed, which is a term we use for films that we want to be sure we will not repeat.

Often they are truly horrendous movies, but sometimes like this one and a movie watched earlier this week, Finding Dory, it was really good and we were glad to see it once, but we knew it would not repeat.
